As featured by many blogs, I opted to have a secret eat out for post b-day celeb. This time, it's gon' be my treat. lol. I've also read that they only accommodate few numbers of guests so It's better to reserve in advance. I couldn't have any time to call the place instead I just sent them a mail and good thing they immediately confirmed my reservation and generously sent their menu for an overview of their meal.
The Suite Room offers a special set menu - A choice between soup or salad, entrée (sandwich, pasta or main course) and dessert for only P500.00
The menu
I expected a lot from this restaurant based from previous experience. That experience turned out to a little chaotic. As soon as arrived at the place we weren't entertained and had to wait for an hour before we seated. I had to ask another person to check the reservation I made but they also asked me to wait. The other customers were already irritated and went to the kitchen himself to ask for the bill but he wasn't given immediately what he requested. I know they left the place disappointed.
...then we finally seated and had to choose our preferred seat. Our orders ran smoothly very opposite from what the previous they have.
There came a very polite lady and asked our orders.
For the soup: Creamy mushroom
For the salad: Mixed green with candied walnuts, grapes, dressed with strawberry vinaigrette
For the entree: Pan-fried salmon in citrus butter sauce with mushroom risotto and Skewered surf and turf with Cajun butter
For the desserts: Caramel macchiato ice cream cake and Cheesecake
...and strawberry milkshake for me
And they were served immediately one order after another... In the end, we really had a happy tummy ^___^

Nice holiday vacation and staying in luxury hotels where everything is beautiful and perfect.Thanks for sharing this. Reception and wedding hall, it offers hotel package and rooms suites too. A rendezvous in a unique location.
