Last chill at Phoebe's Cupcakery in Paseo Saturnino under banilad-talamban flyover in front of Tymad Bistro (dessert shop) to have some hot coffee on a rainy day. :) It's located on the right hand side of the road.

They are most famous for their cupcakes. Their cupcakes are priced at 55.00 php each.

Though the cupcake shop was small it was so decent and elegant. They also have chairs outside good for 2 couples.
