#Parilya at Il Corso, SRP#

Laguna Group's latest possession "Parilya" at Il Corso, SRP at it's soft opening, a seaside dining experience you shouldn't miss. Parilya is famous for its lechon, seafood and grill restaurant. They aren't hard to locate since it's just along the road before lantaw srp.

They are still working on their parking space so right now, you can just park it wherever possible and available. :) We had no reservations, this dinner was unplanned and good thing the waiting wasn't that long. We were second on the list so while waiting we took the pleasure of taking pictures.

The place is good for groups and family. To be accommodated better reserve in advance. You may call them at 032 (511-8832)

The quality of food is just right and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately their menu isn't allowed to be uploaded.

Lemon iced tea cost 75php and Iced pandan milk tea drink at 75php

Combo meals come with rice and atsara. One of the combos was Lechon combo at 195php. Chicken Barbeque at 110php and Rice cost 40php

One of their desserts: Mango Buko Pandan at 85php

I would like to commend the beautiful waitress "Gen" who was very attentive to provide us with good service. :) Thanks

#10 Dove street, Oakridge#

This loved restaurant that was ever hidden is now moved to a better location. Under new management  to accommodate more patrons however still has the same taste I once tasted.

They are open from Sunday to Saturday at 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. According to Kuya waiter, ever since they moved, patrons have been tripled resulting to influx of people. So to avoid hassle, you may call them at 418-1010 and/or 318-3674.

You can choose from their wide variety of menu. From dove street experience at 275php, Kitchen favorites at 295php to Chef's Specials at 350php

Chicken and Asparagus Soup

Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Harvest Apple Salad

Country Style Roast Pork. This taste is almost perfect until it tasted too salty for me.

Wild Turkey Sandwich

Mabgo-Ube pandan cake

Rhum cake

Definitely this resto is still on my top 10 list and would recommend to people who would ask for my suggestion. Kudos!

#Ribublic Diner#

Couldn't get the chance to pig in the time I was told to try out the new Rib sensation in town so it was being neglected. There is no love greater than the love for food. Yeah, that's what it says on their wall and I couldn't agree more. :)

They're located at Gov. M. Roa Street, Capitol Site Cebu City

According to Kuya Oliver (waiter), who was so kind enough to answer my curiosity about their resto, they opened last May 6th. Still on their soft opening so expect a few on their menu. Open everyday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Ribpublic Diner also offers free Wi-Fi to their customers. Parking area along the road.

I gotta try out their rib since it's where the resto's name got it from the first place. I also ordered their buffalo wings as recommended by Kuya Oliver. I don't usually go for spicy food but I have to take his advice.

It tasted like pork bbq and is incomparable to Casa Verde's but the serving would give you a full happy tummy.

I'd say this was the best ever tasting Buffalo Chicken Wing I've tried. The fact that it's spicy but makes you want to eat more and care less about the world.

Thirst buster good for 2
Tasted like Tang's orange juice with native lemon and watermelon.

Black Sambo for dessert
Similar version with Dimsum's Bavarian. But theirs is a bit bittersweet.

FYI: For a minimum order worth 300 php, customers are entitled to 1 stamp. Complete 5 stamps and get a pen. Complete 10 stamps and get a tumbler. Valid only until September 30th.
