#Llew's Mudpie#

I just wanted to share this laid-back and quaint store famous for their desserts. I stumbled on Llew's Mud Pies on Don Ramon Aboitiz Street after attending a mass at Redemptorist church. It's a cheaper alternative to satisfy your dessert cravings.

They also serve main dishes at an affordable price

Pork Pesto @ 150php and iced tea for 50php

Chocolate mudpie at 35php each paired with hot white coffee at 50php

#Home-made munchkins#

Too fed up with the usual desserts served during occasions? This isn't new to us but for a change, I opted to make a home-made munchkins for dessert this New Year's Eve. With the help of some sites I was able to make it possible.

Given the ingredients: Mallows, Crushed biscuits, Condensed milk and Desiccated Coconut. Pour Crushed biscuits in a big bowl then add in condensed until it gets sticky. Make some balls out of your mixture and add some mallows as fillings and top it up with some nips. Lastly, roll it up into the desiccated coconut,

#Micky's Japanese Cakes#

I've been wanting and tempting to visit this cafe for many times but I just couldn't get the chance.  When I finally had one I was totally fascinated. Well, you better try and see for yourself! :D They accommodate few customers no more than 20 I guess so if you're planning to visit their cafe better come at their non peak hours. They are located on the right of Parklane so no worries of getting lost.

The Cakes

Strawberry Mango cake at 155 pesos

Tiramisu at 100 pesos

I got to try their Strawberry Mango cake and I loved it! It was creamy and fruity. It was match made in heaven. On the other hand, their tiramisu was way too bitter. I was puzzled whether I ate it in a wrong way.

When I first saw this in some blog posts I though it was handful but it was the opposite around. It was small, hard and sweet. They called it Snow Ball Cookie at 10 peso each. Hopefully, this won't be my last time here. I would like to try the other cakes.

#YO-GO BOY#

Another yogurt beguiled me to opt for another visit. I can't remember the last time I went to YO-GO Boy so I thought I should give them a HI! :) It's located in BTC (Banilad Town Center)

Upon looking at their menu, I couldn't resist not to compare it with the previous yogurt I've tasted. I thought Yummy Yo served it well than YO-GO Boy! Let me state my reasons, first, as I said I like sour yogurt. You can taste a bit sourness in yogurt from Yummy Yo but you can hardly taste it in Yo-go Boy. Second, Yo-go Boy has only one size so I don't have any alternatives . Lastly, not all the toppings were present different from what it seen in the menu. But this is only subject to my opinion and don't have any bad intention.

The only thing I liked in here is the environment and the ambiance. The mango was superb just the way I like it. ^_^
