#An alfresco dinner overlooking the city#

Love is sweeter the second time around. Well, I always thought about food and how much I appreciate them though it's not really obvious when it comes to my figure. Visiting the place only once I could say is bias. So I've decided to visit it once more. The first time I visited the place was at daytime around 3:00 p.m.

This picture was taken around 5:00 p.m. We arrived at the busiest time of the day which is dinner. So good thing there were still available seats for me and food buddy.

#CMYK revisited#

September 28, 2013

Direction:

Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Waterfront Drive,
6000 Lahug, Cebu City (Waterfront Cebu side exit road)

Tel. No.: 260-2182

Done with our dinner and didn't know where to go. I just thought of spending the night with some sweet bites. umm.. hmmm! ;)

It's been a year since the last time I visited here. I can really see its improvements. Starting with the improvised menu with pictures on a scrapbook. That's really helpful! Walls are already with polaroid pictures and lettering on it.

note: pictures without my signature aren't taken by me. Credits to : http://www.5thvillage.me/u/cmykcebu/

I ordered Messy Monkey. An ice cream surrounded by well-cut bananas. It sure is a lot of bananas in it. Under it are chocolate cookies. I forgot the price but It's not more than 150 php.

Next is their deconstructed blueberry cheesecake @90 php. Very well combined. It's a combination of sweet and sour tastes. Sweet from the ice cream and sour from the mango and blueberry. I don't know about y'all but I find this one in perfect combination.

Mocha Frappuccino @ 130 php. This one is actually too big for one person. Blended into perfection ^__^

Last tear drop @ 110 php. I realy like this one for it's sour taste. I just know why I love sour taste! LOL

#Say Chez :D#

September 21, 2013

Their old logo

This one's their latest logo

It was noon time I wasn't sure where to eat until a surprise came and slapped me in the face! LOL! It lead me to this bizarre place. It's called "Chez Toztar".

This is why they're called the first restaurant with an organic hydroponic garden

We were the only customers at that time so I asked the waitress what time do they open and she answered politely that they open at 10:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm with no WiFi.

The Chef's Kitchen

Wonder where they're located? If you know STK Ta Bai! They are just fronting each other. For exact address: 0392 Orchid St., Capitol Site Cebu City 6000.

Prices at Chez Toztar isn't really that expensive but budget friendly and tasty! ;) Here's the menu.

The waitress gave us a hint on their specialty though we never asked for it she seemed to know what to do from the seafood to pork dishes :D "Ate, Ikaw na! hahaha

So as recommended, we ordered their Seafood Thermidor at 198.00 php. It's a combination of shrimp, squid, lobster ball, and cream dory in creamy paprika sauce. This is how it looks like:

I ordered my favorite Chicken Cordon Bleu in Caramel Sauce at 188.00 php paired with their Strawberry Flavored Fizz Soda at 65.00 php

For the dessert, I chose to have  Choco Caramel Mug cake at 95.00 php. Wonder what it taste like?? Well, for me, I don't really like the taste. I mean it tasted good but I was looking for something unique with a twist. You know what I mean, right?? It just tasted usual.

You can contact them for reservation at their cellphone number 0392-780-6176 or land line at 412-6452

#singing our hearts out#

September 18, 2013

It's been a while since our team got the chance to eat out. We started the team with 15 people and now we're down to 3. We call ourselves "the survivors" lol. But that doesn't stop us from celebrating our victory for attaining the perfect attendance for the semi-monthly. Without any hesitation, the team decided to head to one thing Filipinos love "the karaoke".

Look how happy they were to at least skip the pressure from work. We've been working our ass hard enough for others. This moment is ours. Everybody got their chance to shine and sang their hearts out. <3

"Oh! Girls just wanna have fun" was our theme. We sometimes let loose and forgot about the world outside. One of my teammates sponsored a "kamikaze" drink. No passing out, no kill joy! \m/ We also had 2 orders of their clubhouse sandwich. yummy!
